Lack of understanding. Mostly on his part. Pointing blame always leaves 3 fingers pointing back at you. Is there some place he can go? You know, with his brothers who have been oppressed. Like Liberia? Is the short term cost worth the long term gain of sending him there?
The sad thing. He wasn't completely wrong. Just so filled with anger. Very sad.
It's his kind that perpetuates the victimization of his ethnic group. They feed on it and gain power, position, and wealth on the backs of those left with a 'victim-mentality'. Leaving for a new homeland? Where can I send $20 to expedite his departure?
