In Japan, a deposit window has been built into a wall for none other than unwanted babies. This is modeled after a plan that is already in place in Germany. Basically, if you don't want your child, just place it in the window and be on your way.

-Is this a viable option to combat abortion?
-Is there a better way? If there is who's responsibility is it to institute? The Governments? The Church? Humanitarian groups?

Wow. I don't even know how to respond to this. Any chance I could stand on the other side of the wall and take all the babies home that are dropped off???
