Heinz Ketchup Commercial Entry



Heinz Ketchup is having a contest for a user-made commercial with the potential for winning some decent money. The object is create a commercial that the judges like more than the other entries.

It started out like it was going to be a dark ChickFilA commercial. I'm not sure it would motivate me to even remember it was Heinz Ketchup.

I like the "Original" caveman the best, but get a tomato without a blemish.

Empty ketchup/throwaway burger made a good point of how important Heinz is. It would be good to "sandwich" that with the Caveman. (Pun intended, Ray.)

Family singalong reminds me of Oscar Meyer ads, but a little bit hokey.

The thing that really stood out ot me and I told Patryk this, is the white label on the white background. He was going for a "Cow in Hell" to "Cow in Heaven" by way of Heinz Ketchup theme. The white label on the white background for some reason disturbed me (moreso than the flaming cow that shoots snot rockets) from an artistic standpoint. This is desireable though as it causes the viewer to go away thinking about the commercial without a real reason as to why they are still thinking about it.
