I'm not a big fan of resolutions, but this year My wife and I have decided to read through the entire bible. Shamefully, There are entire books of the Bible that I have never even glanced at. I figure what better way to resolve this than to read it cover to cover.
Keep me posted on that. I would suspect that once you get to numbers and the geneologies a struggle deep within you will surface and part of you will attempt to convince yourself not to skip over it and to drudge through it while the other part of you will plead with you not to read it as there surely is nothing of value in those sections and then on the other side of it you try to convince yourself that God's word is true and if there was not meaning He would not have ensured that it remained part of scripture through the centuries... oh what a battle you are in for! Enjoy!
