Some churches and daycares have gone to "women only" policies where women are the only ones allowed to be alone with children. Either the news has decided to draw more attention to women committing sexual crimes with children or women are doing these acts more now than ever. Here is an example:
Michelle A. Tufts, 30, of the 2800 block of east Idaho Avenue, was arrested Monday and is charged with two felony counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child younger than 13 and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Some questions:
-Why does our society view women as less prone to commit sexual crimes?
-On average do they commit sexual crimes less than men?
-Is it a good policy to have a "woman only" or "man only" rule in regards to being with children?
-Is there a better way to be proactive about hampering such things as this?
