And We're Off: OJ Is In The Lead On A White Bronco

O.J. Simpson was arrested Sunday on charges related to an armed robbery involving sport memorabilia, police said.
Simpson was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. and is being brought to a
police office, Capt. James Dillon said. Police are still determining charges against Simpson.

This time there was no 25 mph chase involved and no murder.

You can read a little more here.
You can watch O.J. whistle, If I Only Had a Brain here.
You can listen to the robbery here.

Some questions:
-How hard will it be to find a jury who does not know O.J. and have preconceived notions about him?
-What motive do you think O.J. had to do this, if indeed guilt is found?
-What are your thoughts on O.J. as a person?

I watched some news coverage on this case over the weekend. The theme that kept coming up is that O.J. "lives by his own set of rules" as one reporter stated. He just seems to think he can get away with anything. I think it will be hard, but not impossible to find a jury of people who have not kept up with every detail of O.J.'s past. When I say him on tv yesterday - once arrogantly addressing the media and once being lead to a police car in hand cuffs - I thought about Chad's sermon, and how unaware O.J. appears to be about the wrath he is under. It is sad.
