All Things American On The Way To Being Banned In America

SAMPSON COUNTY, N.C. – On the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, students at one high school were not allowed to wear clothes with an American flag.
Under a new school rule, students at Hobbton High School are not allowed to wear items with flags, from any country, including the United States.

The administrators did not want to "pick and choose" which flags were acceptable.

You can read more here.

Some questions:
-We live in America. America has a flag. American school children are not allowed to display an American flag?
-When has political correctness overstayed its welcome?
-Should this bother us as Americans? If so, what to do? Call Principal Wesley Johnson at 910.594.0242 to voice your opinion on the matter perhaps? If he isn't available perhaps ask for Dr. Stewart Hobbs the Superintendent?

I think it pure cowardice. These people are scared someone might challenge allowing the US flag, but not another. Unfortunately, the Appeals court in California has tainted the whole system with it's asinine rulings regarding the flag, the pledge, etc. Now school administrators ban ALL flags because they fear that if they allow one they must allow all. And then that all would certainly include the Confederate battle flag.

Cowards!!
