    I had one of those for Christmas - not a fun time. I had a steady diet of the Tylenol Sever Head Cold stuff in me as well as orange juice. Hope you feel better.

    move to tempe, az. I lived out there for 9 years and never caught a cold once! I would swim outside, everyday of the year including winter time. Feels great!
